Investigation and reflection on implementation status and problem of existing green buildings in Chongqing area

Presents the status of green buildings in Chongqing area. Selects fifty-three projects in Chongqing area with green building certification (public buildings and residential buildings), based on the review reports of green building evaluation, combs the main technical approaches of green building, summarizes the technology systems of green buildings in Chongqing area, including green buildings common techniques and less used techniques, common techniques for increasing star level and less used techniques, and conducts a field research on ten public buildings. Puts forward the reflection on green building evaluation standard. Obtains the situation of technique implementation and analysis of existing problems by field investigation, measurement and inquiry. Summarizes the problems of implementation from four aspects of design, consulting, construction and supervising, property management and users, and presents the suggestion including selecting techniques scientifically, setting simulation criterion, ensuring construction quality and strengthening supervisor in operation stage.
